A quality charta as a compass

All ECAP activities are carried out in accordance with a quality charter adopted by the Board of Trustees in 2003. Their implementation guidelines are specified in our quality assurance concept, which was developed in 2005 and is regularly updated. These two documents serve as a basis for our annual goals and for the planning, evaluation and controlling of our educational activities.

ECAP's work is certified with the eduQua label, the Swiss Quality Certificate for Continuing Education Institutions. In many cantons, the eduQua certificate is a prerequisite for receiving public subsidies.
