Expansion of vocabulary important for working in service and in the kitchen: menu, beverage list, preparation, dishes, cutlery, etc.
Practice of dialogue forms that facilitate communication within the team and friendly interaction with guests (greeting and farewell, orders, payment, responding to questions, praise and complaints)

All new participants will be invited to a placement appointment before the course starts. Placements will take place on the following dates:
