Expansion of vocabulary important for working in service and in the kitchen: menu, beverage list, preparation, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Practice of dialogue forms that facilitate communication within the team and friendly interaction with guests (greeting and farewell, orders, payment, responding to questions, praise and complaints)

All new participants will be invited to a placement appointment before the course starts. Placements will take place on the following dates:

Friday, August 14, 2026: 8:00 AM-9:00 AM
Monday, August 17, 2026: 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
Tuesday, August 18, 2026: 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
Thursday, August 20, 2026: 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
Friday, August 21, 2026: 8:00 AM-9:00 AM

The foreign-language participants
- work in service or in the kitchen
- have basic knowledge of German

The German course is particularly suitable for individuals who wish to prepare linguistically for a Progresso training program.

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
