Sector-specific language courses

Do you work in service or in the kitchen and would like to improve your knowledge of the local language in a targeted way? In this course, you will learn to communicate confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues. You will expand and consolidate the vocabulary that is particularly important for day-to-day work in the restaurant and kitchen, and practise typical situations in a practical way.

The courses are offered in Basel, Bern and Vaud.

You will acquire or improve your German language skills so that you can communicate with greater confidence at work and in everyday life. During the lessons, you will focus specifically on speaking, listening, reading and writing, and systematically build up your work-related vocabulary. Practical exercises will help you to successfully navigate typical situations in your everyday working life.

The courses are offered in Aargau, Basel, Bern, Central Switzerland, Winterthur and Zurich.

You will acquire and develop your German language skills for everyday life and for working on a building site. On the course, you will build your practical skills and expand your vocabulary on construction-related topics. Practical exercises will help you to confidently manage typical situations on a building site and communicate clearly.
