Area of responsibility
- On-site, online, and telephone customer advice regarding our course offerings and exams
- Customer reception
- Assistance in course organization (from registration to course confirmation)
- Working in a team of five
- Preparation of course statistics and reports

Requirements
- Commercial vocational qualification (EFZ or EBA) or an upper secondary level qualification
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Experience in advisory services and administration within the education sector is an advantage
- Experience in modern office communication
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Interest in working with people from other cultures
- Resilience, commitment, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team

- Willingness to work until 7:00 PM once a week
