The program comprises three modules: assessment and labor market analysis, individual support, and application coaching. Through individual counseling, mentoring, and practical exercises, participants are specifically prepared for the Swiss labor market.
Goals
The project aims to promote the professional integration of qualified refugee women who, despite their high qualifications, have difficulty finding adequate employment in Switzerland.
Procedure
Module 1:
Assessment – 10 hours in individual setting
Assessment Center – 4 lessons of 45 minutes each in group setting
Individual orientation with focus on job search – 6 hours in individual setting

Module 2: Support and coordination of the implementation of the work integration plan
In this module, the participant receives individual support in the concrete implementation of the work integration plan. In an individual setting, the action plan for job search is regularly reviewed, adjusted, and specifically supported to guide the participant step by step toward professional entry.

Module 3: Application support and follow-up
Application coaching – 8 lessons of 45 minutes each in group setting
Support with job search – 4 hours in individual setting
Follow-up – 2 to 3 individual meetings

Further Information

The project is aimed at well-qualified women, provisionally admitted persons and refugees, as well as women with S status who live in Switzerland and have difficulty integrating professionally due to structural barriers. The target group is characterized by a high level of education and qualifications acquired in their countries of origin, which has so far remained unused in Switzerland.

Higher education: Vocational qualification at upper secondary level II or professional or university degree (diploma) in country of origin.
Language skills: German language skills at least at level B1 or higher.
IT skills: Evidence of further training or prior knowledge in the IT field.

The methodology of job coaching is based on a resource-oriented and individual approach that takes into account the diversity of participants and their specific needs.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the program begins. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs are incurred by the participants.
