Further Information

Vocational and corporate training teachers; adult trainers; professionals working with people in disadvantaged situations.

Strong foundational competence in your own teaching discipline.
For successful completion of the module, it is strongly recommended that you already have experience in adult education and are active during the course period.

ECAP’s FSEA CF-AF course stands out for its strong experiential approach, in which participants experience first-hand the principles of adult education. The proposed activities make it possible to directly try out methods, tools and dynamics typical of the trainer’s role, fostering—through critical reflection—a deep understanding that can be immediately transferred to one’s professional practice.
Learning arises from constant engagement and exchange among professionals from different sectors: an exchange that values individual pathways and broadens perspectives on the many realities of adult education.
Particular attention is given to vocational training and to those working with low-qualified audiences, offering practical strategies and tools that are useful for managing heterogeneous groups and supporting learning effectively.
