Basic skills

The MIGRAFOR project is aimed at migrant women in unskilled jobs. The aim is to provide useful information on continuing and vocational training as well as on the Swiss labour market; to enable them to acquire solid basic skills in French, ICT, mathematics and general culture and, finally, to define a concrete training project with the support of a coach.

The training programme consists of a skills assessment, modular courses in French, mathematics, general culture and ICT and individual support.
