Developing Basic Skills for a Better Future

The MIGRAFOR project is aimed at migrant women working in low-skilled jobs. The goal is to obtain useful information about continuing education and vocational training, as well as about how the Swiss labour market functions; to acquire solid basic skills in French, ICT, mathematics and general knowledge; and to define a concrete training project together with a coach.

The training pathway consists of a skills assessment, modular courses in French, mathematics, general knowledge and ICT, and individual guidance.
