Sector-specific German courses in Zurich

Improve your German specifically for your everyday working life! In our sector-specific German courses, you’ll learn to communicate with greater confidence and handle typical workplace situations more effectively.

You will gain a better understanding of work instructions and shift schedules, expand your job-specific vocabulary and feel more confident when speaking with line managers, customers, guests and colleagues. The lessons are practice-oriented and relevant to everyday life. You will focus primarily on speaking, listening comprehension and key phrases specific to your profession.

Our offers

Do you work in service or in the kitchen and would like to speak German with greater confidence in your day-to-day work? In this course, you’ll improve your communication with guests and within your team. You’ll learn key words and phrases for service, the kitchen and typical work situations. Depending on what’s on offer, you can attend the course online or in person.

Do you work in the renovation industry and want to improve your German for work and everyday life? In this course, you’ll practise typical conversations on a building site, understand instructions better and expand your vocabulary on construction-related topics. This will help you communicate with more confidence with colleagues, supervisors and customers.
