IT courses in Zurich

Would you like to feel more confident using a computer and carry out digital tasks independently? Our IT courses are aimed at adults who wish to improve their computer skills for everyday life, work and further education.

You’ll learn, step by step, how to use a computer properly, how to use software, how to write documents and emails, and how to search for information safely online. The lessons are practice-oriented. You’ll practise directly on the computer and can ask questions. Choose between a simple introduction to everyday computer use or a course to prepare for the recognised ICDL certificate.

Would you like to learn about computers from ground up? The Basic PC Course is designed for people who have little or no experience with computers. You will learn about the most important functions of a PC and practise simple everyday tasks. You will write documents and emails, search for information online and gain greater confidence in using a computer. The course will help you carry out digital tasks more independently and use your computer correctly.

Would you like to improve your computer skills and, if you wish, obtain a certificate to prove it? The ICDL Workforce Base course prepares you for key digital applications. You will learn the basics of using a computer, working online and using important programmes safely. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.

The course can be taken with or without an exam. If you sit the exams, you can obtain various ICDL certificates. These demonstrate your digital skills for work, further education or retraining.
