Extensive German in Zurich

Would you like to learn German and are you looking for a course format that fits in with your daily life? Our evening and Saturday courses are ideal for adults who are in work or have other commitments during the day.

You will improve your German language skills step by step and practise speaking, listening, reading and writing. Choose the course format that best suits your timetable and learning speed.

If you attend the course regularly, you will receive a course certificate. Once you have completed a level, you can sit a recognised exam (for which a fee is payable), such as telc or fide.

This course programme is ideal if you want to study regularly and flexibly. Lessons take place in the evenings or on Saturdays. You’ll practise German for everyday life, work and leisure. The courses are structured in modules and are suitable for various levels from A1 to C1.

Duration and learning progression: 52 lessons over 13 weeks; usually three modules per CEFR level.

Would you like to make faster progress and study several times a week? Then this course format is right for you.
Lessons take place on several evenings a week. This allows you to improve your German in a targeted way for everyday life and work, whilst maintaining a regular study routine.

Duration and learning progression: 120 lessons over 13 weeks / Usually two modules per CEFR level.

Would you like to learn German particularly quickly? The turbo evening course offers intensive lessons with a clear progression.
You’ll practise all areas of the language and also learn to understand Swiss German better. This will help you quickly gain more confidence in everyday life and at work.

Duration and learning progression: 148 lessons over 18 weeks / With regular attendance, level B1 can be achieved in around 14 months.

This course is aimed at adults who live in the Männedorf or Regensdorf area and would like to learn German close to home. You will practise German for everyday life and work, improve your communication skills and practise practical situations from daily life. Childcare is provided during lessons.
