Coordinator and Area Manager, Administration (60%)

Area of responsibility

Your tasks:
  • Course organisation and planning in collaboration with programme management and administration in the areas of intensive and extensive German and literacy: registrations, course reports, course planning,
  • Customer advice and reception
  • General correspondence and invoicing with customers, partner institutions and referring agencies (German, French, English, any other language welcome)
  • Planning and organisation of courses and management of the database
  • First point of contact for course instructors
  • Ordering and monitoring of infrastructure

Requirements

Your profile:
  • Teaching experience in German as a second language and/or experience in an educational organisation is an advantage
  • High degree of independence
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured way of working and good PC user skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Interest in working in an intercultural and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, reliability and flexibility
  • Knowledge of one or more foreign languages
