Participants
- become familiar with the components of the PC and the devices in the PC environment;
- create files and folders and learn how to work with them;
- gain experience in word processing (Word 2010) and are able to save and print created files;
- use the internet for information gathering and job searching;
- create a personal email account and learn how to use it.

You will gain confidence in using the PC, be able to write texts and emails, and surf the internet.

CHF 760 for self-payers

Course fees must be paid on time. Payment in installments can be arranged upon registration. No reduction in course fees is granted for absences. Missed lessons cannot be made up. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of ECAP Switzerland apply, available at www.ecap.ch.

The course is aimed at foreign-language adults who wish to acquire basic computer skills or deepen existing knowledge.

Withdrawal from registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course onward, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
