ICDL Workforce Base in Zurich

This course is aimed at individuals who wish to prepare for the ICDL modules: PC and Online Basics, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
The course can also be attended without registering for the module exams.

The course has a practical and applied approach: short theoretical introductions to the topics, accompanied by guided explorations and practical exercises.

Upon regular attendance (at least 80% of the course) and paid course fees, we will issue a confirmation.
In addition, individual ICDL modules can be completed with an exam (costs are not included in the course price).
Upon passing all modules, an ICDL Workforce Base Certificate will be issued by ICDL.

After this date, registration is still possible if there are available spots. Registration can be done online or via registration form.

Withdrawal from registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course onward, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
