Evening German course for individuals accustomed to formal education at language levels A1-B1
For a complete A1 or A2 level, four courses (12 months) are generally required. For a complete B1 level, six courses (18 months) are generally required. With an attendance rate of at least 80%, participants receive a course confirmation upon completion.

Contents
The German courses are consistently aligned with the current linguistic needs of the participants. Once per course, a digital evening takes place where participants attend the class from home. This additionally promotes ICT competencies.

fide stands for "Français, Italiano, Deutsch in der Schweiz" and refers to the Swiss program for promoting linguistic integration. The goal of fide is to guarantee high-quality and efficient opportunities for developing and demonstrating language skills to foreign-language individuals who have immigrated to Switzerland. ECAP reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course in the event of insufficient registrations and to fully refund any course fees already paid or to offer corresponding course options within a short period of time.
If it is not possible to guarantee in-person instruction due to force majeure, ECAP reserves the right to continue the courses through distance learning.

Mandatory: Placement test

For the digital day, participants require a digital device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer) and internet access.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the course begins. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course onward, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs are incurred by participants.
