Are you qualified, motivated and looking to make a new start in your career in Switzerland? job@migrants supports well-qualified refugee women in entering the Swiss labour market.
Together, we will develop a realistic career plan, building on your existing qualifications, experience and strengths. You will receive targeted support in assessing your current situation, career guidance and the next steps towards entering the labour market. The programme combines personalised coaching with practical support. You will work on your application documents, practise for job interviews, improve your self-presentation and receive help with your job search.
The aim is to strengthen your prospects on the Swiss labour market and to develop a suitable career path.
Duration of coaching: 3 to a maximum of 6 months
