Labour market measures in Bern
ECAP Bern carries out the BINplus labour market initiative in Bern on behalf of the Cantonal Office for Unemployment Insurance (AVA) and the Regional Employment Centres (RAV).
BINplus specialists and support staff assist jobseekers who speak a foreign language with their job applications and their reintegration into the labour market. This measure is available exclusively to RAV clients. The aim is to achieve sustainable integration into the labour market.
The following skills are promoted in particular:
- German language skills relevant to the labour market
- confidence in using information and communication technologies (ICT)
- the ability to acquire new digital skills
