Childcare in Bern

The centre accepts children from six months of age until they start nursery school. They are looked after regularly for at least two months, attending one to four half-days a week.

kidogo’s generous premises offer plenty of space for playing, moving about, creative activities and resting. The children gain their first experiences outside the family environment and are supported in various areas of development, such as language, social behaviour and self-confidence. At the same time, they become familiar with different aspects of everyday Swiss culture.

kidogo reflects the core values of ECAP: all children and their families are welcome – regardless of their origin or cultural background. In an open and supportive environment, even the youngest children learn to treat others with interest and respect.
