Winterthur

ECAP Winterthur was founded in 1970 and has a long tradition of providing vocational and language training. Originally, the focus was on training in metalworking and mechanical engineering, particularly welding, to meet the needs of local industry.
Over time, the range of courses on offer has been continuously developed and adapted to social and economic changes. Today, the focus is on German language courses, accessible IT programmes and job application training, all tailored to the needs of migrants and the unemployed. Through its educational programmes, ECAP Winterthur makes an important contribution to integration and social participation in the region.
