Professional reintegration of ECAP Ticino Unia

Skills assessment and targeted training aimed at helping people to maintain or change their job position following an accident or illness.

ECAP Ticino Unia, thanks decades of experience working with institutional partners such as the Disability Insurance Office (Professional Integration Service), the Office for Active Measures (UMA), and the Foreigners’ Integration Service, is able to offer skills assessment and training programs geared toward professional reintegration.

Based on each individual’s specific needs, personalized programs are designed to maintain and enhance skills that are transferable to the job market. Our trainers stand out for their experience and flexibility in supporting individuals during periods of transition.

These programs can be organized on an individual basis at our locations throughout the canton, in classrooms, either in person or remotely, as well as through on-the-job training at a company. Some examples include language courses (Italian, German, French, English), ICT skills (basic and advanced), skills assessments, and job application preparation.

Following a careful assessment, group vocational training programs may be considered to help participants achieve cantonal certificates of competence or diplomas.
