Course Instructor (IT) – Blended Learning
From March 2027, ECAP Central Switzerland will run IT courses for jobseekers on behalf of WAS/wira Lucerne.
The blended learning format consists of focus lessons (input provided by instructors), sequences in the form of "self-study and individual learning assignments with learning support", as well as ICDL diagnostic tests and examinations.

Area of responsibility
- Conducting placement assessments to determine IT skills and the individual learning plan
- Planning, delivering, and evaluating course sequences and individual learning pathways
- Providing individual support to participants in person (and online in individual cases)
- Preparing reports / course feedback and course-related administrative tasks
- Conducting diagnostic tests and ICDL examinations
- Participation in internal meetings
Requirements
- German as a native language or German language skills at CEFR level C2
- Qualification in adult education, at least SVEB Certificate Level 1 or equivalent
- Teaching experience in the subject area
- Accreditation as an ICDL tester for Advanced examinations
- Experience with e-learning platforms (LONA, Moodle) is an advantage
- Interest in working with people in the application process
- Communication skills, reliability, and flexibility
