Contents
The German lessons are thematically based on the learning needs of the participants. They focus on topics relevant to everyday life and provide information about living in Switzerland.
Goals
The aim of the extensive course is to improve linguistic proficiency in everyday life and at work through level-appropriate and practice-oriented promotion of the four skills: speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Vocabulary training and application-oriented grammar sequences embedded in communicative tasks round off the learning program.

Learning progression: There are a total of three modules per language level; one module is completed in a 13-week course. This means that to complete the entire B1, B2, or C1 level, a participant needs 39 weeks.

After registration, you will be invited to the mandatory placement test.

German as a Second Language Instructor

Up to 10 calendar days before the start of the course. Joining after the course has started is possible until the third week of the course, provided there are vacancies.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
