Contents
The focus is on everyday topics such as housing, health, schooling, further education and upbringing, the labor market, social insurance, and cultural aspects.
Goals
Participants improve their communicative and socio-cultural competencies to better meet the demands of everyday life in Switzerland. They acquire the German language at the elementary level and receive diverse information to support their integration into future workplaces and social environments.

We are happy to care for your young children up to kindergarten age in our daycare center at Albulastrasse 47 while you learn German.

Further Information

Adults who have not lived in Switzerland for long and have little or no German language skills.

A placement test is required before the course starts.

Participants are familiar with the Latin alphabet.

German as a Second Language Instructor

Up to 10 calendar days before the start of the course. After this, enrollment is still possible if places are available.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course starts. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50. Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
In case of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course onward, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will incur no costs.
