Vocational orientation, workshop instruction, guided learning with self-study phases, and creative activities such as music, visual arts, or crafts are an integral part of the program and particularly important learning opportunities for the personal development of learners. The focus areas are defined group-specifically and individually according to their developmental needs.
Participants with a language level of A2 or higher now have the opportunity to benefit from 10 hours of institutionally anchored coaching support in the second semester.

Goals
