Withdrawal from registration is possible free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the start of the course. After this period, an administrative fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If a participant withdraws from the course on or after the first day, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
