Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the course begins. After that, we charge a processing fee of CHF 50.00. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing.

In case of withdrawal from the first day of the course onwards, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
