Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

In the event of withdrawal from the first day of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
