You may withdraw your registration free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the course starts. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellation must be made in writing.

If you withdraw from the first day of the course onwards, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal are attributable to ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
