Course information

Contents
Have you not yet tested your language skills in the Swiss national languages? Then the fide test is the right way for you. We conduct the fide test in the national language German at CEFR levels A1 to B1. The fide test was initiated by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) and is recognized throughout Switzerland. You can use it for authorities, for further education, or when looking for a job.
Goals
You determine your language skills at levels A1, A2, or B1 according to the CEFR.
Procedure
The fide test consists of the parts "Speaking", "Understanding", and "Reading and Writing". It measures oral and written language skills separately, meaning you can complete either the entire fide test, only the oral part, or only the written part. The results in the written and oral areas may differ. You can repeat the fide test as a whole, or the oral part or the written part individually, as often as you like. The participation fee must be paid each time.
Costs
Complete fide test CHF 250.00
"Speaking and Understanding" part CHF 170.00
"Reading and Writing" part CHF 120.00
