Digital Skills for Beginners – Basic Education Module

Foreign-language adults at German levels pre-A1.1 to B1, particularly low-qualified individuals who have insufficient (basic) skills in the area of information and communication technology (ICT) and therefore experience limitations in their professional as well as private daily life.

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Online until September 23, 2026. In-person registration at the counter is possible until September 30, 2026, thereafter subject to availability. Please schedule an appointment for in-person registration and placement.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
