Participants learn to navigate digital user interfaces (e.g., operating touch screens, opening and closing apps, internet browsers).
They learn about the keyboard and basic key functions. They write and save simple messages.
They find everyday and work-related information on the internet and gain initial experience with online portals and apps (e.g., job portals, forms, SBB, LinkedIn, Google Maps) as well as with video conferencing systems.
In parallel, they develop the necessary basic vocabulary in a targeted and well-founded manner for competent use of information and communication technologies.
