Course information

Contents
Participants learn to navigate digital user interfaces (e.g., operating touch screens, opening and closing apps, internet browsers).

They find everyday and work-related information on the internet and gain initial experience with online portals and apps (e.g., job portals, forms, SBB, LinkedIn, Google Maps) as well as with video conferencing systems.

At the same time, they develop the necessary basic vocabulary for the competent use of information and communication technologies in a targeted and well-founded manner.
Goals
Participants overcome their fears of contact and recognize the social value of newer technologies as important sources of information/organization and communication tools. The focus is on building and expanding digital skills as well as managing everyday situations digitally.
