Contents
- Activation and promotion of oral communication on topics that are socially relevant and important for participation in the community, such as: (further) education, work, health, living together, integration, etc.

- Development and clarification of topic-specific vocabulary based on the introductory and teaching materials,

- Raising awareness of conversational etiquette, with particular attention paid to fostering a balanced conversation culture.
Goals
The module aims to give participants the ability to express themselves competently and confidently in conversations, to represent personal viewpoints on socially relevant topics, and to introduce corresponding arguments appropriately in discussions.

For private payers:
CHF 46.50–465.00
The course fee depends on place of residence and household income.

For institutions:
CHF 465.00

Further Information

Adults whose first language is not German at German levels end of A2 to B2 who want to expand their oral communication skills in order to participate actively in the community and help shape it.

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Online until September 23, 2026. In-person registration at the counter is possible until September 30, 2026, thereafter subject to availability. Please schedule an appointment for in-person registration and placement.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
