Contents
- Activation and promotion of oral communication on topics that are socially relevant and important for participation in the community, such as: (vocational) education, work, health, coexistence, integration, and others.

- Development and clarification of topic-specific vocabulary using introductory and course materials,

- Raising awareness of conversational etiquette, with special attention given to fostering a balanced discussion culture.
Goals
The module aims to provide participants with the skills to express themselves competently and confidently in conversations, to represent personal viewpoints on socially relevant topics, and to appropriately contribute corresponding arguments in discussions.

For private payers:
CHF 46.50-465.00
The course fee depends on place of residence and household income.

For institutions:
CHF 465.00

Further Information

Foreign-language adults at German levels A2 to B2 who wish to expand their communicative, oral competencies in order to actively participate in and help shape the community.

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Online until June 24, 2026. In-person registration at the counter is possible until July 1, 2026, thereafter subject to availability. Please schedule an appointment for in-person registration and placement.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
