- Requesting and providing information
- Making phone calls
- Typical dialogues in working life (e.g. waiter/waitress and guest, sales assistant and customer, nursing assistant and patient)
- Talking about wellbeing and feelings
- Talking about experiences
- Asking follow-up questions when there are comprehension problems

Adults who have little opportunity in everyday life to use their German language skills (A2/B1).

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Online until 2026-09-18, in person at the counter until 2026-09-25; after that, still possible if places are available. Please make an appointment for in-person registration and placement.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
