Contents
The German instruction is thematically based on the learning needs of the participants. It is oriented towards everyday relevant topics and provides information about life in Switzerland.
Goals
The goal of the extensive course is to improve linguistic competence in everyday life and work through level-appropriate and everyday-oriented development of the four skills: speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Vocabulary training as well as application-oriented grammar sequences embedded in communicative tasks complete the learning program.

Learning progression: There are a total of three modules per language level; one module is completed in a course of 13 weeks. This means that to complete the entire B1, B2, or C1 level, a participant needs 39 weeks.

After registration, you will be invited to the mandatory placement test.

German as a Second Language Instructor

Up to 10 calendar days before the course begins. Entry after the course has started is possible until the third week of the course if places are available.

Cancellation must be made in writing.
Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
