The pathway takes place in 4 stages:
- Information session: presentation of the project, the range of continuing vocational training in French-speaking Switzerland, and the functioning of the Swiss labor market
- Skills assessment: analysis of the professional background, evaluation of levels in French, basic mathematics, general knowledge, and ICT.
