The pathway takes place in 4 stages:
- Information session: presentation of the project, the continuing vocational training offer in French-speaking Switzerland, and how the Swiss labor market works
- Skills assessment: analysis of professional background, evaluation of levels in French, basic mathematics, general education, and ICT.
