The course aims to provide the fundamental skills to use Microsoft Word independently in professional and personal settings. The program has a practical approach and includes exercises on realistic documents. During the course, participants learn how to use the program interface, create, open, and save documents, and manage the main file formats. Skills related to text insertion and modification, copying and moving content, spell checking, and the find and replace function are developed.

The course also covers basic text formatting, character and paragraph management, bulleted and numbered lists, and main styles. Page settings, such as margins, orientation, headers, footers, and numbering, are addressed. Participants learn to insert and manage simple tables, images, and text boxes, and to use useful tools such as Word templates, printing, and PDF export. At the end of the course, participants will be able to create and format simple and professional documents, ready for printing or digital sharing.
