Contents
Expansion of vocabulary essential for working in service and the kitchen: menu, drinks list, preparation, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Practicing dialogue forms that facilitate team communication and friendly interaction with guests (greetings and farewells, orders, payment, responding to questions, praise, and complaints)
Goals
You work in service or in the kitchen and learn to communicate better and more confidently with guests and colleagues.

You will learn important terms for your industry and better understand work instructions.
Procedure
All new participants will be invited to a placement appointment before the start of the course. Placements will take place on the following dates:

Friday, February 19, 2027: 8:00-9:00 AM
Monday, February 22, 2027: 3:00-4:00 PM
Tuesday, February 23, 2027: 3:00-4:00 PM
Wednesday, February 24, 2027: 3:00-4:00 PM
Thursday, February 25, 2027: 3:00-4:00 PM
Friday, February 26, 2027: 8:00-9:00 AM

The course days will be set after the placement interviews.

The German course is particularly suitable for individuals preparing linguistically for a Progresso course.

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Withdrawal is possible free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the start of the course. In the event of cancellation after the free cancellation period and before the start of the educational program, a processing fee of CHF 80 will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal by the seventh calendar day after the start of the educational program, a processing fee of CHF 80 must be paid. In the event of a later withdrawal from the course, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
