Contents
The course is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and focuses on developing independent and structured language proficiency suitable for complex professional and academic contexts:
- General and specific vocabulary
- Understanding articulated and complex written texts
- Improving conversation, fluency, and correct pronunciation
- Understanding extensive oral presentations, conferences, presentations, and discussions, even if not closely related to one's own field
- Writing formal and informal texts
Goals
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Expand general and specific vocabulary (work, administrative, and training areas)
- Understand articulated and complex written texts
- Improve conversation
- Understand extensive oral contributions (e.g., lectures, presentations, and complex discussions)

- Apply Italian grammatical structures

A free placement test is offered upon registration so that you can choose the right course and benefit optimally.

Further Information

People who already understand long and complex speeches, can express themselves effortlessly, and use Italian flexibly for social, professional, or academic purposes.

A certificate of attendance will be issued.
Upon request, you can take the CELI exam and have your Italian language skills certified.
Inquire at the secretariat about CELI exam dates or check online under "Exams and Certificates".

Up to 7 calendar days before the start of the course. Enrollment after the course has started is possible if there are available spots.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 80.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 2 weeks, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the third week of the course, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
