    The CNC course consists of three modules:
    Module 1: Turning
    Module 2: Milling
    Module 3: Diploma course Programming

    The content of the individual module types depends on the participants’ prior knowledge and professional experience and can be tailored to the specific needs of the respective group, as the entire programme is structured as a modular system.

    The course must be started with Module 1 Turning.

Contents
Module 1: Turning
Introduction to CNC technology, basics in mathematics, geometry, technical drawing, solving practice-related tasks and reading drawings.
ISO programming instructions (G and M functions). First simple programming exercises: absolute and incremental.

CNC programming systems, CNC turning machines, machine tools. Calculating, programming and machining approx. 30 different turned parts of varying complexity.

ECAP’s CNC courses aim to enable course graduates to independently operate and program one of the CNC machines commonly used in industry today

Further Information

The courses are for skilled and unskilled employees (foreign- and/or German-speaking) with no prior knowledge and regardless of occupational sector (e.g. metal, wood, etc.), as well as for employees who come from other professional fields and would like to enter the sector anew.
