The fide test is based on the principles of the fide approach. This is reflected, for example, in the following special features:
• Candidates can demonstrate their language skills in everyday communicative situations;
• In the oral part, Swiss German influences are also accepted;
• The task is uncomplicated so that people without school education or course experience are not disadvantaged;

Goals
The fide test allows you to demonstrate language skills in German both orally and in writing. Procedure
The fide test consists of the parts "Speaking and Understanding" and "Reading Comprehension and Writing". You can repeat the fide test as a whole, or the oral part or the written part individually, as often as you like. The participation fee must be paid again each time.
