The fide test is based on the principles of the fide approach. This is reflected, for example, in the following special features:
• Candidates can demonstrate their language skills in everyday communicative situations;
• In the oral part, Swiss German influences are also accepted;
• The task is straightforward so that people without school education or course experience are not disadvantaged;

Goals
The fide test allows you to demonstrate language skills in German both orally and in writing. Procedure

You can repeat the fide test as a whole, or the oral part or the written part individually, as many times as you wish. The participation fee must be paid each time.
