Practicing dialogue forms that facilitate team communication and friendly interaction with guests (greetings and farewells, orders, payment, responding to questions, praise, and complaints)

All new participants will be invited to a placement appointment before the start of the course. Placements will take place on the following dates:

Friday, August 14, 2026: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Monday, August 17, 2026: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday, August 18, 2026: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Thursday, August 20, 2026: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Friday, August 21, 2026: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

The German course is particularly suitable for individuals preparing linguistically for a Progresso course.

With regular course attendance (at least 80%), you will receive a course certificate.

Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations must be made in writing.

In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course fees must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course, the full course fees must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
