Contents
The courses are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR):
- Vocabulary building and expansion
- Conversation
- Pronunciation training
- Listening and reading comprehension
- Writing texts from simple to more complex
- Fundamentals, development, and consolidation of grammar
- Exam preparation, depending on the level and program
Goals
The goal of the intensive course is to improve linguistic proficiency in everyday life and at work through level-appropriate and everyday-oriented promotion of the four skills: speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Vocabulary training and application-oriented grammar sequences embedded in communicative tasks complete the learning program.

A free placement test is offered upon registration so that you can choose the right course and benefit optimally.

People who would like to discover the Italian language.
Participants with no prior knowledge or with basic knowledge who are interested in studying the Italian language.

A certificate of participation will be issued.
Upon request, you can take the CELI exam and have your Italian language skills certified. Inquire at the secretariat for CELI exam dates or check online under 'Exams and Certificates'.

Up to 7 calendar days before the start of the course. Enrollment after the course has started is possible if there are available spots.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 80.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 2 weeks, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the third week of the course, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, participants will not incur any costs.
