Participants
• get to know the components of a PC and the devices in the PC environment
• create files and folders and learn how to work with them
• gain experience in word processing (Word 365) and can save, retrieve, and print created files
• use the internet for information retrieval
• create a personal email account and learn how to use it.
• They will have a good foundation for advanced courses.

You will gain confidence in using a PC, be able to write texts and emails, and surf the internet.

for 4 participants CHF 600.00

plus course materials of CHF 25.00

Course fees must be paid on time. Installment payments can be arranged upon registration. No reduction of course fees will be granted for absences. Missed lessons cannot be made up. The General Terms and Conditions of ECAP Switzerland apply, available at www.ecap.ch.

Further Information

This course is for individuals with little to no computer experience. Participants should bring their own PC to class.

Little to no PC knowledge and German language level at least CEFR B1.

Upon regular attendance (at least 80% of the course) and paid course fees, we will issue a certificate.

After this date, registration is still possible if there are available spots. Registration can be done online or via registration form.

Withdrawal from registration is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course begins. After that, we charge an administrative fee of CHF 50.00.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
In the event of withdrawal during the first 7 days, one quarter of the course costs must be paid in addition to the administrative fee. From the second week of the course onward, the full course costs must be paid. If the reasons for withdrawal lie with ECAP, no costs will be incurred by the participants.
