ECAP Zurich stands for diversity, experience and commitment. Since its beginnings, an intercultural team has influenced the work of the regional office and contributed significantly to the success of its educational programmes.
In parallel with developments in migration in Switzerland, our educational offerings have also expanded and evolved. However, we have remained true to our principles. Today, as in the past, our work is driven by a commitment to promoting the social and professional integration of migrants of all nationalities in Switzerland, as well as solidarity and exchange between people from different cultures.
Our staff are the heart of our work and our most important resource. The cultural diversity of our team plays a key role in helping us to better understand our clients’ needs, to make it easier for them to access course information and advice, and to break down barriers.
