Extensive German in Basel

The lessons will help you to improve your language skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will expand your vocabulary, consolidate your grammar and learn to communicate confidently in everyday and professional situations.

You can join at any level. Your enrolment becomes binding following a free placement interview, during which we can determine which course level best suits your current proficiency. If you attend regularly, you will receive a course certificate. Upon completing a level, you can sit a recognised exam (telc or fide test).

Childcare is available for afternoon courses.

Course fees: These depend on where you live and your income. The course is free for new residents with a voucher from the Canton of Basel-Stadt. We’d be happy to advise you in person.
