Training for trainers at ECAP Ticino Unia

ECAP Ticino Unia offers training and further education for people who work in adult education or would like to do this.

The FSEA training programme equips prospective course leaders with the necessary skills to plan and deliver adult education courses professionally. Topics covered include engaging teaching methods, the development of learning materials, group management, and the support and assessment of learning processes – with a particular focus on adult education. The training is aimed at people who wish to work in adult education and provides an important foundation for professional development.

ECAP also offers continuing professional development courses to enable course leaders to continually expand and update their teaching and methodological skills.

Participants in preparation courses for federal examinations can apply for federal government subsidies after passing the examination. Generally, up to 50% of the course fees are reimbursed – regardless of whether the examination is passed or not.
