ECAP Solothurn represents continuity and commitment: since its foundation, the organisation has been dedicated to promoting open access to education and the integration of a wide variety of population groups.

Our team of around 80 staff members brings together a diverse range of skills, experiences and perspectives. With specialist knowledge, dedication and intercultural understanding, we support our participants on their educational journey and create a learning environment characterised by appreciation, openness and mutual respect.
We place great importance on constructive collaboration, targeted professional development and continuous quality improvement. Transparent and open communication forms the basis of our daily work.
